Two Pooches was started with the intention to help people obtain an affordable Web presence. In need of a web site for my own interests, I looked for an affordable solution. While researching the cost. I was shocked at the prices. I would have to figure out another way. I also found many other people wanted to have a site for their own small business but could not afford the high price for a "professional" site. This is when I decided to concentrate on learning the simplest techniques, requiring less time to create affordable, professional and effective sites.

In order to save my clients money, I employ a time effective design method, reducing many aspects of website development that are not always essential.

The Internet is always changing and so will your website. There are 1000s of search engines out there with various guidelines, and countless methods to develop a website. I take the fundamentals of what I feel actually works and implement these rules and guidelines into every site developed.

Monthly Maintenance

Monthly maintenance is optional.(What is maintenance?) I strongly recommend it for ecommerce sites or sites with frequent updates.

Payments & Fees etc.

• All development fees are invoiced from PayPal.
• Please keep records of all agreements and transactions.
• Your Pay Pal transaction is considered a receipt.(Please retain for your records)
• Please review your invoice carefully before paying.
• Payment is expected at time of billing.
• Monthly fees for maintenance & Hosting (if applicable) are subscription plans.
• Your subscription will automatically renew at the rates stated each billing period.
